5. Payments & Fees

• All service fees will be outlined in a project agreement or invoice.

• Payment terms are typically 50% upfront and 50% upon project completion unless otherwise agreed.

• Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.

6. Refund Policy

• Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Please review that policy before engaging our services.

• In general, refunds are only granted in cases of non-delivery or failure to meet clearly documented project requirements.

7. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to keep proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the project private and not share it with third parties without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or website.

• Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

9. Third-Party Services

• We may use third-party tools or platforms (e.g., AWS, Firebase) as part of your software project. We are not responsible for service outages or policy changes by these providers.

10. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Site or services at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms.

• We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
